Hi, I'mAlp.

Operational Excellence professional with expert knowledge in manufacturing processes developed over 8 years of practice. Various roles in the supply chain environment gave me a chance to define and understand the real needs of different departments. I focus on business process optimization by combining manufacturing and planning experience, LEAN and IT literacy — from Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping and Hoshin Kanri to decision support systems built with Power BI, KNIME and Excel VBA. With these, I have initiated and led numerous improvement projects in manufacturing and production planning, delivering measurable and sustainable results.

Currently seeking opportunities in Operational Excellence Leadership, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Supply Chain Optimization or Business Intelligence.
